I think you can treat quickbook's output as docbook. You just need to
avoid the boostbook specific features (which I think is just 'library'
doc types and C++ reference tags). So you can use alternative docbook
styles.

I'm also working on html output, which should eventually have theme
support. Or at least will be able to output xml that can be
post-processed.
