Changes from the release branch were minor.  I've updated the wiki page at

   http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/CMakeConfigAndBuild

configure (that is, 'cmake /path/to/src'), make, and 'make package' work 
on the mac.  Haven't played with running the tests.   Testing linux now. 
   Maybe somebody wants to give windows a go.
