I've just updated the Debugger Visualizers section of the wiki:

Still a work-in-progress, but for those eagerly waiting for it, might be 
worth looking at. Comments welcome!

I tried to upload my visualizers to SVN 
(https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/boost_docs/sandbox), but it 
seems that I don't have write access.... is there a place where I can 
put them? We'll need a repository for all these anyway, so if someone 
has an idea, please let me know. Thanks!
