Changing the spirit includes would fix most of those warnings?

For doxygen I've just found it has a quiet mode, so I *think* that:

bjam doxygen:param=QUIET=YES

Will shut those up, otherwise the alternative is to edit all the Jamfiles
that use Doxygen :-(
