[Boost-docs] Xpressive problems

Looking at the attached bjam log from this morning's trunk doc build,
down at the end, there seem to be a lot of error messages related to
xpressive.

Perhaps we could focus on those, try to identify what the problem is,
and create a simple test to detect the problem. Once we have a simple
test, then we can fix the problem.

To try to encourage this process, I've added a boost-root/doc/test
directory to trunk, with an empty Jamfile.

My vision for this test directory is that it will grow to contain a
series of tests that pinpoint real-world problems. Every time there we
have a new doc build failure, I'm going to try to talk someone into
writing a new test case. Xpressive just happened to be the one I picked
to start with; no prejudice against that particularly library intended.

I'm not going to write any of the test cases myself. The boost doc mess
isn't of my doing and I believe that those who advocate and use this
tool chain need to be the ones who try to make it reliable.
