Unfortunately I believe that effort has effectively stalled - there are
probably translated docs awaiting final approval / checking - and as you
note, docs where the author has agreed to a translation, but it hasn't been
started yet. And yes, not all authors have/will agree to a translation.

BTW if you use the supplied HTML to quickbook stylesheets the translation
process is relatively painless - if someone would like to give this effort a
much needed prod, I'm sure it would be very welcome!
