Yes, I 'fixed' that in 1.44. Sorry, I should have said something about
it. I think you need to use UTF-8 for now (or stick with quickbook
from boost 1.43), since escapes aren't supported in the author field
at the moment. That's something I'm planning on fixing, hopefully for
1.45.
