Sure, that's pretty simple to add and is supported by docbook.
Although I'm not sure how (or if) it'll appear in the generated
documentation, it'll probably need some tweaks to the boostbook xsl.
The docbook element is described here:

It'll be something like:

    [isbn 978-0195101706]

or maybe the more generic:

    [biblioid isbn 978-0195101706]
