Paul, I have commite on trunk the Boost.Chrono documentation. Please could
you check it, and of course make the modifications you consider necessary
directly as for Boost.Ratio

 

In the middle of the night, I think I've remembered what caused my pdf build
to fail on ratio.

 

I prefixed with

 

<format>pdf:

 

to get it to work.

 

You've got

 

        # TOC Generation: this is needed for FOP-0.9 and later:

        <xsl:param>fop1.extensions=0

        # Or enable this if you're using XEP:

        <xsl:param>xep.extensions=1

        # TOC generation: this is needed for FOP 0.2, but must not be set to
zero for FOP-0.9!

        <xsl:param>fop.extensions=0

 

but Boost.Math and Proto has

 

        <format>pdf:<xsl:param>fop1.extensions=0

        # Or enable this if you're using XEP:

        <format>pdf:<xsl:param>xep.extensions=1

        # TOC generation: this is needed for FOP 0.2, but must not be set to

        <format>pdf:<xsl:param>fop.extensions=0

 

making the items pdf specific - I think.

 

Can any experts confirm this?
