I've noticed a difference between html and pdf on the display of Quickbook
generated tables, for example the attached.

The html seems to have a lot of space about and below - more spacing than I
think looks good?  Spacing seems like two char heights on html but only one
for pdf (and even one is plenty IMO).

And I note that the font is different - is this by design?

Or am I doing wrong here (fails to set these?)

Suggestions, views?  Thanks.
