I recently made fixed a couple typos in the Boost.Parameter documentation
https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/4983

I asked on the developer list if I could merge to release, since it was after the "freeze".
Eric N said that it was ok, but "Just don't break the doc build, please".

So I tried to build the Boost.Parameter docs, and sure enough, they were broken.
I scratched my head, and tried to build the docs in the release branch (which I had not changed) - and they were broken too.

This is what I've got (Mac OS X, 10.6.6, gcc 4.2.1, toolset darwin):

$ cd release/libs/parameter/doc
$ bjam
