It's added by a php script which disables it for libraries with
documentation that aren't compatible. It's disabled for test because
it didn't work for older versions. The problem is it currently can't
do that on a per-version basis - so if it's enabled, it will be
enabled for all versions. It might be possible to do something about
that.
