Hi,

Something has got broken near Boost.Function or Boost.Test indeed
https://github.com/boostorg/function/pull/29
and GIL builds are being affected.

Travis jobs for variant=ubsan_undefined are now failing

- https://travis-ci.org/mloskot/gil/builds/444803473
  for https://github.com/boostorg/gil/pull/158

The PR changes are completely irrelevant to the actual failures.
Note, those are my fork builds, I use them as they run much
quicker than Travis for github.com/boostorg

I'll be investigating `visibility=global` as per Peter Dimov suggestion
https://github.com/boostorg/function/pull/29#issuecomment-432158332

The situation is quite annoying and it may take time to resolve.
Meanwhile, I suggest we stick variant=ubsan_undefined jobs
to the Allowed Failures section.
