Hi Amir,

Given that, for GIL:

- number of mentors is limited to two
- number of students who've already applied is greater than two
- number of students have been discussing details with mentors for weeks now
- you are embarking the GSoC on last minute

the only answer that's fair to the students and to the mentors is:
