Interesting GIL utilities in svgpp library (blend, mask, composite)

Hi,

I have found this library https://github.com/svgpp/svgpp which hosts
interesting utilities
https://github.com/svgpp/svgpp/tree/master/include/svgpp/utility/gil

For example,
https://github.com/svgpp/svgpp/blob/master/include/svgpp/utility/gil/blend.hpp
https://github.com/svgpp/svgpp/blob/master/include/svgpp/utility/gil/mask.hpp

I'm archiving it here for anyone interested to look at those in details
and perhaps port some of those bites to GIL core or extensions.
