Hi,

There is a collection of extras for Toolbox extension
which I found in repo of project that uses Boost.GIL:
https://github.com/tuttleofx/TuttleOFX/tree/develop/libraries/boostHack/boost/gil/extension/toolbox
Most of them have been authored by Tom Brinkman.

I've archived a task for anyone interested to port them to current GIL
