Hi Folks,

We have opened the Discussions space,
with the the announcement message here
https://github.com/boostorg/gil/discussions/647

Although there are pros and cons, mind the Balkanization [1],
some users and contributors may prefer the GitHub as
single source of truth. We don't know, so let's find out :)
