You missed the change then... I did the change close to 22:00 CST. And
if your are getting the sources from the Meta-comm snapshot then that
adds another delay.

You can do it at any time, as all the cw-9_3 is include the cw file. It
only has two benefits, it announces the version, and for Windows users
sets the version to look for to auto-configure.
But if you already started doing incremental runs then you probably want
to wait until you do another full run.
