[Boost-testing] What's with the missing error output pages?

Raising the question again...

In the new Darwin/cw-9_3 tests the pages for the results of building 
dependent libraries are missing. For example the build of filesystem 
lib:

Until we can see what those errors are in this case progress on getting 
CW on MacOS working is stalled :-(
