[Boost-testing] Note on testing serialization with gcc- 2.95.3- stlport- 4.5.3- linux

Looking at the error message which corresponds to the library build under
this platform leads me to conclude that the tests might past if the
following was done on the test platform

a) down load version of spirit 1.6x and install in some directory (e.g.
spirit161)
b) export the environmental variable SPIRIT_ROOT = spirit161
