As far as the serialization library is concerned, the library fails to build
on CW 9.3 because of an error in spirit. This error is highlighted by the
chset test in the spirit library. Is there any chance that spirt can be
fixed for this platform? I believe this would permit the serialiation
library to build and the tests to run.
As far as CW 8.3 - the library fails to build and no message at all is
emitted so I have no idea what might need to be done there.
