That's the Feb CTP - it's not beta 2 (despite the fact that it says Beta 2 
in the Splash screen and the about box).  Think of it as an alpha release of 
the beta 2 release...

The real beta 2 still hasn't been announced - I'm hoping to get the bits 
installed today though.
