Those two timestamps very close together in .xml files for tests I know
to take ages. I'm not sure whether the timestamps carry any relevant
information.

What we need is some indication about

        1. when a test was run
        2. how long the run did take

In the best of all worlds, we'd also have

        3. How many CPU time, RAM, etc did the run take
