I'm out of ideas here. The assertion fires if the concatenated string of
"__DATE__ __TIME__" doesn't have the expected format: 'Dec 29 2001 11:23:59'
(w/o the quotes, in between all spaces). Does the CW9.3 generate another
format for this?
