According to the CW docs that's not the format it generates...
[from CW-8.3 Manuals]
ANSI Predefined Symbols
__DATE__ The date the file is compiled; for example, "Jul 14, 1995".
This symbol is a predefined macro.
__TIME__ The time the file is compiled in 24-hour format; for example,
"13:01:45". This symbol is a predefined macro.

Note the comma after the month day. But the funny thing is that the
example right below the above docs say this:

I'm checking to see what it actually does.
