[Boost-testing] VC-8 failures are getting automatically listed as "expected"?

Is there something special in the mark-up that VC-8 failures get 
automatically listed as failing?  I ask because there are currently two 
regex tests that fail for this compiler, which did actually pass a while 
back, but I didn't notice 'cos they were marked as expected in the table, 
even though I can't find anything in the xml that would cause that to be the 
case.  What's happening here?
