Last couple of times the tests have run process_logs has died with
locate_root: C:/testing/boost/results

hence no results have been uploaded from my tests for about 3 days.
It's only happened since I started trying to test mingw with stlport so
I'll stop testing that for now. I would have a look myself but
unfortuantely am insanly busy at the moment,
