[Boost-testing] Reading compatibility from regression tests

Many libraries are passing green on regression testing with the XML
markup allowing for known failures.

Is there any way we can indicate in the summary views which libraries
truly get a clean bill of health, and which are only green because of
the mark-up for known issues?

Otherwise, a lot libraries are looking more usable than they really are
- especially on older compilers.
