Sure. You can get libbz2 at http://www.bzip.org/1.0.3/bzip2-1.0.3.tar.gz. You
can get zlib source at http://www.zlib.net/zlib-1.2.3.tar.bz2 and a prebuilt
binary at http://www.zlib.net/zlib123-dll.zip.
