[Boost-testing] [1.33.1] sslapeta Intel 8 version?

The following 1.33.1 test failure:

passes for me with Intel version:

Intel(R) C++ Compiler for 32-bit applications, Version 8.1    Build 
20050628Z Package ID: W_CC_PC_8.1.030

Is this more recent than the one used for the tests?  If so it might explain 
the problem.
