Or maybe we could locate a suitable XML editor/verification package that
we can each run locally. A very quick google reveals that there are
quite a few freebie packages out there. Explicit-failures-markup.xml is
fast becoming a bit of a dinosaur and IMHO anything we can do to make
the editing easier would help.
