[Boost-testing] Latest reece-msvc-V2 not displayed.

Hi all,

I preformed a regression run using msvc-7.1 and msvc-8.0 that ran successfully and was uploaded (available in the ftp directory) yesterday. However, it is not showing in the regression summary.

I am using:

./regression.py setup --v2
./regression.py test  --v2 --toolsets=msvc-7.1
./regression.py test  --v2 --toolsets=msvc-8.0
./regression.py collect-logs --v2 --runner=reece-msvc-V2 --comment comment.html
./regression.py upload-logs  --runner=reece-msvc-V2

to perform the tests (or the equivalent Python calls).
