[Boost-testing] yet another attempt to switch to v2

I started regression tests for two toolsets : msvc-6.5 and gcc-3.4.2_mingw. 
Previously my regression tests (when using v2) couldn't run process_jam_log, I 
rebuilt it using msvc-7.1 toolset (compilation under msvc-6.5 throws errors). 
It might not help, but let's wait and see.
