[Boost-testing] [meta-comm] Mission impossible

Hi,

it's currently impossible to upload test results.

Apparently, firewall settings have been changed.

The host is reachable per ping, but ftp fails with a host-unreachable
error. This indicates ftp access has been turned off forcefully in a
firewall.
