[Boost-testing] Toolset names with underscores?

Why are names with VC-6_5 still showing up in the regression results?
Does this suggest that maybe meta-comm hasn't switched to BBv2 yet, or
is it just that way for reasons of being able to detect regressions
against old result logs?

If the latter, we should change the old logs so we can use the new
names.  Users will want to know how these versions map onto toolsets.
