It has been pulled out only from in 1.33 branch, but kept in HEAD.
I could do the same for 1.34. Also deleting any references from the
documentation.

Since we are going to provide a rewrite for 1.35 this is possibly the
best way to proceed. I just felt a little uncomfortable to do this now,
while everyone is eagerly waiting for realease of 1.34. But then if you
see this as kind of "bug fixing" I should remove it.

Anthony also suggested to remove it. So I will remove it from 1.34 branch.
