[Boost-testing] How to remove a test from the status pages?

I need to remove two test cases from the status page:

I already deactivated the tests from running, and since then white areas
are appearing. Ok, but I cannot figure out how to remove the entire
lines:
test_read_write_mutex and
test_read_write_mutex_lib

Any help appreciated.
