[Boost-testing] [metacomm][ping] Link test results do not show up in reports

Hi Aleksey

As I've reported twice before, results of link tests are still not 
incorporated into the metacomm reports. Now that the release draws 
closer (hopefully!) I'm somewhat desperate to see these results.
