Hm, autodetection of the gcc compilers perhaps. But only if you don't
specify the version in you user-config.
You can find out if there are extra left over build files by matching
the subdirs in something like bin.v2/libs/filesystem/build. The subdirs
should match the toolsets you are testing.
You've been running V2 tests for some time right? Going from V1 to V2
would be another reason for extra files.
