Our regression numbers for the RC branch have gone through the roof.

Martin, your disk appears to be full.  The regressions tallies are
going through the roof.

Aleksey, Meta-comm is still generating exit code 128 for all of the
Borland-5.8.2 tests.

I don't know what has caused this regression:

It's very difficult to debug when something that's supposed to fail to
compile starts compiling cleanly.  I'd appreciate it if the tester
could look into it, perhaps checking a Boost RC_1_34_0 snapshot from a
week ago to see if the test works as expected there.

If you can't get to it, let me know and I'll try.
