[Boost-testing] Removing stale results

Hi,
unless somebody objects fast, I'm gonna remove some sets of results that are
pretty old and no longer reflect the current state of CVS:

   - "JustSoftwareSolutions" -- Nov 4, V1
   - "JustSoftwareSolutions-V2" -- Nov 17, has many Python failures
         that are know to be fixed, and the tester is about to change
         the names of toolsets anyway.
   - metacomm2 -- Nov 6.
   - QNX630-V2 -- Nov 7
