[Boost-testing] HEAD reports stalled?

There have been no update to the HEAD report for almost 10 days now.
I know testing on head is not as active as RC branch, but thought there
was at least some background activity.

And while we're on the subject of HEAD ...
Is it possible to clear out all tests more than, say, 6 weeks old?
Around half the results are currently six months out of date, which is
more misleading than helpful.
