[Boost-testing] Setting up regression testing for new platforms.

Hello,

There are several platforms I work with that have no official support or 
regression testing AFAIK.
At least 2 of them should be able to support most of Boost.
Windows Mobile 5 and Symbian 9.1 both have fairly complete standard 
libraries and can use reasonably modern cross compilers.

I would like to run automated regression tests on HEAD for those 2 systems 
with the various tool chains we use.

Does this seem reasonable?
Are there any instructions I can/should read to help me do this?
