They are not. And I know they stem from the change I did to gcc.jam.

I spent yesterday figuring out a fix for it. But I haven't checked it in 
trying to run my own set of regressions tests. Unfortunately my Windows 
machine is not exactly the most stable setup so it conked out last night 
without completing the tests.
