[Boost-testing] regressions for gcc on windows

I am not sure if the current regressions for gcc on the windows platform 
are expected.

Also I have no time to look into this. If you have instructions how I 
can remedy the situation, please let me know.

One more information: I will not be able to run the tests between 
2007-06-16 and 2007-06-30.
