[Boost-testing] Compile failure library_status.cpp

The AIX nightly runs have been failing all week because of a compilation
error with library_status.cpp.  This file
 appears to be a recent addition.

Is anyone else having problems compiling this particular file? Or am I not
using the proper tarball again?
