[Boost-testing] Revision number patch applied to common.xsl

Since all the other pieces of the puzzle are now in place, I've gone 
ahead and applied Sebastian Redl's patch to common.xsl. If all works as 
planned, the revision number should start appearing in report column heads.

I'm no sure if the script that creates the HTML runs an svn update 
first. If not, Rene will have to run an svn update to get the changes.
