[Boost-testing] What to do about CVS->SVN conversion problem?

Doug,

On boost-testing, October 17th, there is a thread:

     [1.35.0] Release branch regression tests

In it we come to the conclusion that there was a CVS -> SVN conversion 
problem for the Version_1_34_1 tag, which was the basis for the 
branches/release copy.

I'm holding off on doing any 1.35.0 merging pending a resolution of this.

Is it possible to fix this? If so, how much effort is involved, who 
should do what, etc? We can workaround the problem, but would prefer not 
to loose the history of the files involved.
