[Boost-testing] [bitten] An end to process_jam_log

As you may recall,
https://boost-consulting.com/trac/projects/boost/build/trunk shows
bitten testing of a mirror of svn.boost.org

Its accuracy is now dramatically increased because the XML for test
results is being generated directly by bjam rather than from
postprocessing a bjam log file.  Many thanks to Rene Rivera and Daniel
Wallin for their help with this project!

Our next most important step is the incorporation of failure markup;
we hope to have results soon.
