[Boost-testing] regression testing fails catastrophically on borland

Hallo,
I just tried running the regression tests for the first time in a couple 
of weeks and they failed with the following error message:

don't know how to make <e>borland-5.9.2
...found 1 target...
...can't find 1 target...

The bjam command line appears to be the following:
"D:\boost\svn\trunk\bjam.exe" 
"-sBOOST_BUILD_PATH=D:\boost\svn\trunk;D:\boost\svn\trunk\tools_bb" 
"-sBOOST_ROOT=D:\boost\svn\trunk\boost" 
"--boost=D:\boost\svn\trunk\boost" 
"--boost-build=D:\boost\svn\trunk\tools_bb" "--debug-configuration" 
-l600 borland-5.9.2 -d2 --dump-tests 
"--build-dir=D:\boost\svn\trunk\results" 
1>>"D:\boost\svn\trunk\results\bjam.log" 2>&1

I'm using a prebuilt bjam 3.1.16 and my version of Python is 2.5.1.

Any idea what's going on? If there's any further information I can 
provide just let me know
